Atonide gel .. is it safe for red pimples on face to 1 month baby

A. we concerned to doctor and he said to use this atonide gel with combination of cetaphil lotion but in google i saw that atonide gel is not safe for before 3months babies something like that

A. Hi, Any medicine should be given or applied after proper examination and consultation by pediatrician. Self medications should be avoided. So it is advised to first consult a pediatrician and then give a medicine.
