my 1 month old baby girl has many small red pimples on her face... why is it so?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it maybe any allergy will go. There is no need to panic for this as it is normal in babies at this age . But if the problem exist for a longer time or you feel there is some other issue then a doctor should be consult near by for same .
