Expecting Mom due in 4 months3 weeks ago
Q.

At the 3rd month scan, the doctor observed that the nasal bone was visible only on the left side, not on the right side, so they recommended a double marker test. The test result came back positive for Trisomy 21. At the next scan at 16 weeks, the nasal bone was still visible only on the left side. On the same day, we did an amniocentesis, and now we are waiting for the results. Is there still a chance that the baby could be normal? How many days will it take to get the results?
