at my age do I mash the food and eat or grind it . how should I eat the fruits like papaya , watermelon ,

A. hi, you no need to have fruits in grinded form.. you should have well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. j
