at birth my baby's weight was 2.38 kg.how much his weight should be at present.he is 4 months old

If The child is about 4.38 or 5 KG as of now then I would say in general the child’s weight is decently good enough because the child should get a minimum of 400 to 800 g every month so accordingly if I look at it I am going to say it should be somewhere around 5 KG right now
