More than 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, cashew nuts, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.

you can prepare paneer sabji , sheera, rab, etc for your child.
add ghee in every meal of your child.
