At 4 months, my baby loves staring at ceiling fans and colorful lights for a long time. Are these visual milestones normal at this age?

Actually gain vision after completing the term of three months so they have so much to explore that they can do anything new and a little bit of different for parents to see but all that is normal because if you look at it now they can see properly and clearly so the fan revolving around suddenly stops so there’s so many things to look after so I believe this is a very normal situation to be seen
