Assalamu alaykum Minal ma'am, Hope u r doing well. I have gained 25kgs during my twin pregnancy..I am 31 years of age and my twins are now 7 month of age.. please guide me to shred my extra kilos... Thank u

sure..
first, make changes in your lifestyle
do yoga or pranayam daily
eat couple of bites less than usual
prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits more
increase your fluid intake
Walk, Walk and walk more
avoid using vehicles for short distance
