#askthexpert My 18 months old toddler taking one nap that also lasts for 1.5 hrs inspite of giving good awake window and activities. When will he sleep throughout the night? Does constipation disturbs sleeps??

Anjum MullaMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Feed him well at night so that he doesn't wake up 5 6 times. Also avoid late nap in evening.

Constipation can disturb the sleep if the child is having a stomach pain and in this age kids can sleep very well if they are completely full with the food that you were giving or maybe they may wake up once or twice to take a slowly start with drawing on breastfeeding so that your child can learn to sleep better through the night
