#asktheexpert my 6 month old baby's nap time usually Lasts only 1/2 hr.....how to increase it to 1.5-2 hrs

Q. #AskTheExpert My daughter 8 month old is very less sleeper. In day time she takes 3 nap. Morning she wakes up at 6:30.goes back again at 8:30. Dt last 1 hr only.
