whole fruit is better than fruit juice
grated and soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut
give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts
avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread
breastfeed child for enough fluid intake if you are still breastfeeding , also boiled and cooled water intake
good fluid intake in form of water buttermilk coconut water
encourage at least one hour of outdoor play as physical activity relieves constipation

keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake
add fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple
give curd daily for good digestion
raisin water
