#asktherxpert Hi, due to this current weather fluctuations , children’s are getting sick with fever cough and cold very easily. Can i get suggestions regarding what precautions should I take.

Avoid sudden switching of temperature avoid giving anything cold in nature in general or directly from the refrigerator to the child along with that also I’m going to advise you to make your child cover and proper woollen clothes and keep your child away from anybody who has slightest of infection for anybody start giving milk with 2 teaspoons of dry fruit per pinch of turmeric saffron and black pepper into that
