It Could be due to body posture because you know sometimes when we become so big we are not able to sleep in a proper posture so you can try sleeping in a reclining position because that is one of the most comfortable position to sleep by using a lot of pillow on a recliner else if that’s not the issue that you should consult your gynaecologist once
