Q.

I am 5 month pregnant... I like to sleep on my back but it's not good . still in sleep I sleep on back is this a big issue

A. Hello dear You can sleep on your back. You aren’t supposed to sleep on your belly. Once you cross 7th month,don’t sleep on your back continuously for more than 15 mins
