A. Hello! Give a good sunlight exposure every day. Gradually introduced all food groups like the chawal, Roti, Sabzi, seasonal fruits and vegetables, Khichdi, soups in your child’s daily diet. You can also start all the non-vegetarian food groups If the family is already used to it.
