Include banana or banana shake in diet chart...in winters you can also give home made ladoo of besan and dry fruits..Add one spoon clarified butter daily either in vegitable or khichdi..Makhana and dry fruits kheer( roast makhana and dry fruits and make powder.mix this powder in milk and serve )is also a good option.

You should start giving your child all the healthy home-made food that daily prepare for your family. For breakfast, you can give vegetable upma, Idly, Dosa, ragi, vegetable Paratha, and so on. For lunch and dinner, it can be rice, Roti, sabji, Dal, Paneer, curd, and so on.
