Include banana or banana shake in diet chart...in inters you can also give home made ladoo of besan and dry fruits..Add one spoon clarified butter daily either in vegitable or khichdi.. Makhana and dry fruits kheer(roast makhana and dry fruits and make powder.mix this powder in milk and serve)is also a good option.

Go for more of vegetarian or non-vegetarian protein for the child that’s going to be very healthy to be given to the child as that’s the best food for overall waiting at the regular food has been traditionally made at home is the best one to be given to the child
