Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! It depends on body type some might sweats a lot which absorbs by skin and smell badly. Put on comfortable clothes according to climate and room temperature. Toddlers due to their physical activities, playing outdoor sweats a lot ,so luke warm water bath before sleep is must . Due to sweating a lot baby might get dehydrated so give adequate water and fluids, fruits and vegetables for hydration.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it might happen because of perspiration or infection. so please keep your child well hydrated dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room give bath twice in a day. maintain good hygiene
