Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause would be exertion and heavy amount of playing by the child and the second common reason would be due to deficiency of calcium vitamin d for any other nutrition in the body so if the problem is not improving after rest then kindly meet your doctor

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Give calcium supplements vitamins supplements
Give early morning exposure to sun light
It will correct soon
No need to worry
