It could be due to unhealthy maybe scalp is not clean or it is too much of oil in the skin which is why this could be happening so I’m just going to recommend you that you should just clean the scalp properly with proper oil and shampoo and if it is not better than check with your doctor if you are looking for a good skin care and hair care range I can recommend you Babyhug
