A lot of women can face this issue in the infection in the stitches and all it could be sometime when you don’t take proper care of it or whatever suggestions I’ve been given by the doctor sometimes we cannot fulfil that and it can happen so check with the doctor for the treatment randomly you should not do anything without doctors advice
