Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. try meditation ,listen soothing music , gentle massage on head or forehead with warm coconut oil ,warm water bath can help you feel better.
but if you get it very frequently , it is better to get it checked for once.

mam ,headache can be result of lack of sleep , prolonged exposure to screen , nutritional deficiencies , spects etc.
so please take necessary supplements as per your doctor's prescription
limit your screen time
try to take nap whenever your child Is sleeping
