NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello this can be due to low immunity which is normal and absolutely nothing to worry and try giving your child vitamin rich food in the diet which will improve the immunity gradually and absolutely nothing to worry and it will be all fine as a child grow
