Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Specially give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water it will help in decreasing constipation and even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool

Increase the liquid intake by giving water, fresh fruits and fruit juices, coconut water and so on. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Include them in daily diet. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
