Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no to s ok In small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello babies can tend to sweat more the usual but something more unusual from what it was all these days then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
