Uma RamMom of 2 children5 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Didnt get your query completely ... But if you are querying about turning left to right or vice versa during pregnancy then no need to get up. You can slowly turn from one side to other side ,turn slowly to lying position and then to other side. Use pillows for support.
