A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. all kinds of fresh and seasonal fruits along with green leafy vegetable should be given Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months. Give all the vaccination required.

A. Hello dear parent! Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Give a good sun light exposure. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
