A. hi well there is no much difference between the Vaccination at government hospital or private one the only difference is of cost in private hospital, you can get the mandatory as well as optional Vaccines too now,, from painless and painful Vaccine it's better to get the painless one because in this type of Vaccination , child get reaction after Vaccination but the reactions are mild compared to the painful Vaccination
