A. dear Mum no one food is best instead the diet of the baby should be balanced with variety of food groups that should be introduced like dal-rice with vegetables , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal Can give egg chicken fish Add powdered nuts
