A. Dear mum, a 2+ years old child should be given wholesome meals having variety of food groups. Give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Pulses, legumes Dry fruits and nuts. Around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 to 6 meals a day.
