major minerals like breakfast lunch and dinner should consist of a balanced die like cereals, dal, vegetables curd or non vegetarian food.
mid meal or snacking options should contain healthy snacks like milk, or milkshakes, cut fruit, sauteed paneer pancakes homemade fries

11am any fruit as papaya apple pear sapota banana..
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad..
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
7.30 pm dinner as dal roti dal roti stuffed parantha..
10pm a cup of milk..
