A. Namaste Mom, Fresh home cooked foods which are easy on digestion such as vegetable soup, rice, roti, millets porridge as well, dalia, green leafy vegetables, panjiri, dry fruits , milk as well

A. For normal delivery the doctors don’t recommend you to restrict anything they just advised you to avoid junk food that’s what you can avoid for at least 40 days rest you can have all the food that you can give and no restriction any kind of food to be given to the child which is what is healthy as of now
