Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. milk supplements and health drinks and protein drinks are given only after completion of two years of age and whether your child requires any milk supplements or not will be decided by your doctor but if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplement /health drinks / immunity booster gummies to the child. this type of energy drinks and milk supplements is just a combination of multivitamin syrup with proteind powder. by growth standards if the growth of the child is within normal limits then usually they do not require such health supplementsf try to concentrate on home based nutritional diet for your child.

Dry fruit powder are going to be the best one that you can use for your child actually you can make it fresh at home and that is loaded with nutrients and supplements and that is what you should use instead of using any drinking powder as it has good content of sugar into that
