#asktheexperts which food take a mom suffering from fissure?

A. Hello Include fibrous foods like Vegetable, salads, sprouts, Dal's, fruits. Avoid fruit juices ,aerated drinks ,. junk foods, maida products Use oats, ragi, jowar, bajra flour. use lot of Dal's, pulses like Chana, rajmah Use curd, Butter milk daily.

A. generally too much of green chillies should be avoided at all to avoid this problem eating too much of Spicy oily and chilli food increases this problem also you should avoid having constipation and keep yourself well hydrated and have freshly boiled Spice free food
