you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml
you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday
you have to give at leeast one and half katori vegetables everyday
you have to give at least one and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday
you have to give at least two fruits everyday
you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicacies and diets
you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

the food which contains all essential nutrients and made at home is best for child's healthy development.
so please prefer healthy diet which includes green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc for your child.
