Q.

#asktheexperts Whenever the baby feels sleepy in the day time, he's moving his body forcefully, gets overactive like playing. refuse to sleep. if we have him hands, prefers only an upright position and starts jumping in hands. unable to calm him to sleep, if we come to dim light, he starts crying. Not accepting thottil and feed that time. But he showed sleeping cues, yawning, rubbing eyes... please advise.

A. If we didn't put him to sleep, he would cry uncontrollably. We take him outside and calm him without making any noise. after that gently rocking and playing white noise to fall asleep. But these take a very long time for every nap in the day time. Why does he refuse to sleep even sleepy? Is the intense body movement a reflex in baby? or may be high stimulation?

A. It’s okay yawning and rubbing the eyes are not always a sign of sleeping sometimes these kids do it out of irritation into the eyes so if your child is not sleepy let your child feed your child and your child let It Be the childhood sleep well in the nighttime this way
