Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. that is common in viral infection due to weakness. please take the child outside which will help in elevating the mode and also give plenty of water to drink and fruits

But that should not be happening that usually happens when you are giving paracetamol to the child child but if your child is constantly feeling sleepy even after without giving any medication or your child is better than it would be good for you to get examined with your doctor one time
