#asktheexperts whenever I gave her milk she don't like n she ran away and also after having half glass milk she vomits if I force her to have more. she s weak otherwise she's active enough.

A. Hello dear parent! Avoid force feeding your child. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug stainless steel glasses or Sippy cups. Any way, the maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
