usually it subsides by the 6 months of delivery.
but to get recovery fast please take healthy and well blanaced diet.
it is best to take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs .
try heating pad to get relief in pain.
maintain good hygiene
