A. after end of 9 years of age hpv also known as human papillomavirus vaccine also known as cervical cancer vaccine is now an important vaccine which is available for both male and female. there are two types available that is 4 valent and 9 valent. 9valent has got more immunity but it is costly also. please talk to your doctor who will guide you as what would be best for your child. before 14 years of age 2 dosage needs to be given and after 14 years of age 3 dosage needs to be given. this vaccine can be taken till 45 years of age for a female.
