ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. due to your lifestyle changes lack of sleep and more of stress there are hormonal imbalance in the body which causes irregularity in the periods so try to do meditation and daily walking which is beneficial after delivery
