A. Now you can use rock salt instead of iodised salt abd in sugars use Jagger powder or coconut sugar abd even palm sugar can be used and fresh dates paste

A. hello actually usually they say like up to 1 year but it is okay in the 8 or 9th month you can add A pinch of salt or sugar or jaggery you can use in the food of the baby and you can feed
