A. If the baby is effectively breastfeeding and if there is no separation between the mother and the baby then it is absolutely not needed to introduce feeding bottles. You may also consider alternative like spoon, paladai to offer expressed or pumped breastmilk. With bottles there is a risk of nipple preference and baby rejecting breasts if not offered in a paced feeding manner.
