#asktheexperts when can I start workout and what kind of activity can I do like yoga and aerobics? My baby is on bm and started solid as well

A. hi mom. if it's a normal delivery then definitely you can do brisk walking and also normal aerobics if you do not have any issues but if it is caesarean section wait for few more months daily take two times green tea which will increase your metabolism. you can have warm water with honey and lemon. and also take apple cider vinegar with the water once in two days. if you are able to do the exercise then go for a walk at least 20 minutes a day aur any exercise such as skipping have a watch over your diet and reduce the intake of sugar and fat, and increase the intake of protein. avoid maximum kind of bakery food as it contains sugar and unnecessary fat such as dalda which will gain the weight. try to have as much as home prepared food. at the night have very light food, with less amount of fried and oily food. drink at least 4 litres of water per day as it will decrease your hunger and helps to reduce the weight.
