After the age of 6 to 9 months you can believe it to happen because by then the child is more stable and constant and that is what is going to be the right time where you can expect the child to reach milestone after three months gain their vision and they have better eye contact from the age of 3 to 9 months mostly between the time of 6 to 9 months
