starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest.
you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac.
also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.
banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits.
potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.

Hello,as your baby is six months old now so you should give your baby or you should introduce your baby dal ka paani,moong dal ki khichadi,fruits puree, vegetables puree,oats, porridge,rice kanji ,and also give few spoons of water after every solid meal.
