#asktheexperts what to feed 7 month child while travelling

A. if it's for short journey then u can take steamed fruits/veggies and purees of them which u have already started. If it's long then u can carry sapota/chikko, watermelon pieces in a small container which can be given without steaming or puree. if u want to give any kind of porridges then it's good option to take 1st Bites baby food (select stage and flavour according to ur baby age and taste), as this baby food doesn't contain added sugar and it's safe which was suggested by our pediatrician. pls avoid biscuits and other packaged snacks or anything that contains salt, sugar, preservatives and spices.

A. while traveling you can carry cerelac, biscuit as Marie biscuits or parle G, you can carry some murmure or cheeselings fruits will be good to carry with curd you can give
