Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is having abdominal pain syrup colicaid or syrup cyclopam 5 ml to the child for now and then you have to meet the doctor to finnd the cause of abdominal pain because it can be either due to gass or due to worms or some other abdominal Pathology. in the meantime it is advisable to give only easily digestible food to the child
