kamal RMom of a 10 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Dear try cleaning every after 2-3 hrs, and use soft muslin cloth or wet wipes and apply Aveeno Daily Moisture Lotion to keeps skin dry and moisturized. It contains oats hence no side effects. Keeps dryness away and absorbs quickly.

Candid b ointment you can apply plus you can also apply calamine lotion that would be a good option for you to reduce the redness from the skin and also this powder is going to help in avoiding sweat into that area so you can use it together on the skin of the child
