All kind of foods that you can prepare out of ragi Woods and Suji you can give to the child plus you can also give food that you can prepare out of Khichdi porridge Rice and Dal you can give varieties of dairy products and you can give lots of fruits and vegetables with plenty of fluids and fibre in the diet
